Please note the below information from the Managing Committee:
Members Amount and their Interest
The Management Committee has not wasted a single rupee of the members. The land to an extent of 35 acres required for the layout is already in possession of the Management Committee and the we have secured revised Agreement of Sale for remaining 15 acres of land. So the land required for all the members is secured and we assure site all the members as per our earlier commitment.
Within next month we are doing BHOOMI POOJA for commencement of layout.
PAST DEVELOPER
We had given huge advances to the previous developer to make advances to land owners but he cheated the Society. So We filed civil and criminal cases. Presently, we have recovered 9.75 Crores from the Previous developer and a property worth 15 Crores has been attached. So all the amount including the interest payable by the Previous Developer is secured.
NEW DEVELOPER
We are directly paying to the Land Owners all the advances as per the instructions of the New Developer and the amount is showed against the new Developer. The Payment made to the New Developer is only for the work and assistance provided by him in completing the Project. Till now the New Developer has assisted in providing the Phody, Change of Land Use and Conversion. Further, the New Developer has been assisting the negotiations with the Land owners and pursuing them to sell the land to the society.
SOCIETY ACCOUNTS AND AUDITS
The managing committee hereby clarify that “ALL THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT PAID BY THE MEMBERS IS SECURED AND SAFE”. The Managing Committee has utilized the entire amount only for the purpose of procurement of land and necessary approvals. The Managing Committee also hereby confirm that we will be providing the sites to all the members for the same amount for which we had committed for last 7 years. We will not additional amount from any of the members. There is no re-audit of accounts of the Society
EVIL ELEMENTS
The Previous Developer tired his best to avoid repayment of advance but the Previous Developer has utterly failed in his attempt to cheat the Society. As told above, all the amount payable by previous developer is now either repaid or secured by way of attachment of immoveable property. So the previous Developer is instigating few of the members of the Society to file anonymous complaints and also try to use the Co-Operative Department in creating false legal hurdle to disturb our Society. The Managing Committee has dis-qualified few of the members in the past in this regard.
PLEA
One thing all the members should understand that Firstly, “the Managing Committee is committed to provide the Site within May, 2021 and at the same rate as assured in 2013”. Secondly, the net worth of the Society is equal or more than the amount of deposit paid by the Members. So the assets of the Society is more than the liability. Hence, all the amount of the Society is secured. Thirdly and very importantly, We request all the members to have the same trust and faith in the Managing Committee. This is the only thing the Managing Committee will look for from the Members. The managing Committee are also workers of the Bosh Company and want only the trust of the co-workers who the members of this Society. We have fought hard with the previous developer to secure the land, we have Relentlessly followed up with the government bodies and department: ALL THIS IS DONE WITH ONLY ONE AGENDRA, THAT IS TO PROVIDE THE SITES TO ALL THE MEMBERS AND SECURE THE TRUST AS IT WAS DEPOSTED ON US.
So, We request all the members to have the same trust and faith in the management and also the Managing Committee assure all the members it will live up to expectations of all the members.
